We are looking for young talents eager to challenge themselves and kick-start their careers in the Sales team of an international company.
As a Junior Sales dedicated to the Singaporean market, you will embark on a structured development path that begins with a 6-months onboarding period at Simonelli Group headquarters in Italy, where you will receive in-depth training and gain a deep understanding of our products, sales strategies, and company culture. After this initial phase, you will relocate permanently to our Singapore branch office, where you will take on a key role in supporting the business growth in the region.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and global environment, develop essential commercial skills, and build a strong foundation for a successful career in sales.
Main Activities:
- Support Simonelli Group Sales activities dedicated to the Singaporean market
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Assist in preparing Sales presentations and proposals
- Ensuring timely processing of customer inquiries
- Review competitors and customers in the assigned country
- Report customer visits, market analysis and accurate market information
- Undertake business trips abroad
- Contribute to high service levels in line with customer expectations and company guidelines
- Represent the company, its brands and products at trade fairs and other dedicated events
Is this position made for you?
- Master Degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Foreign Languages
- Availability to relocate to Singapore after 6 months at the headquarters
- Excellent English level
- Excellent Italian level
- Good Mandarin Chinese, Japanese or Korean languages are considered a plus
- Availability to travel frequently
- Excellent organizational and cross-cultural communication skills
- Strong commitment to customer centricity
- Coffee lover is a plus
