Job DescriptionYour opportunity Reportingto the HR Personnel Administration & Payroll Manageryou will work in a very inclusive and qualifiedteam. Our office manages all the Brands within Kering group and you will have the chance to work with a wide range of Companies and diverse CCNL in an international and innovative environment.How youwillcontributeYou will manage all the administrative processes, analysis, and requests fora dedicated Portfolio of Kering Brands, taking care of the relationship with the key stakeholders (such as employees and HR business partners) by managingcommunications and contract variationspersonnel data flow controlling and reportspersonnel presences (illnesses, accidents, holidays, leave, maternity leave) data control and managementanalysis and reports through our IT systemsrelations with the payroll provider employees’ benefits(health insurance, post retirement funds etc)Who you areA brilliant university graduate on Business/Economics/HR administration relatedYou have experience in payroll and personnel administration in international environmentYou have experience in payroll processes and personnel administrationAdvanced MS Office user especially in Excel, knowledge of Zucchetti and AS400will be a plusYou have high energy, organizational skills and capability to collaborate in team and with different functionsYou are fluent in Italian and EnglishWhy work with us?
