We are looking for a Key Account Manager for Slovenia to join our Sales Department at our headquarters in Italy, near the Slovenian border.MittelCo is an Italian Company specialized in international distribution of premium Italian brands (FMCG) in Adriatic Region.The OpportunityAs a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by developing strong relationships with key customers in the Slovenian market. Your focus will be on understanding their needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring alignment with MittelCo’s strategic goals.The ChallengeDevelop and implement annual customer plans to drive sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Accounts to increase business opportunities.Negotiate promotional plans and optimize local assortments within the allocated budget.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis reports.Negotiate pricing and other terms with customers to maximize revenue and profit.Your TeamYou will report directly to the Commercial Director and work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on strategic goals, sales initiatives, and performance metrics.Your ProfileDegree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG sector.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Fluency in Slovenian and English; Italian is preferred.We are offering youLong-term employment starting with a 6 months trial period.Attractive annual salary with a bonus system.Many opportunities for personal and professional development.Apply if you want to challenge yourself and further develop your career!
