Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Helping guests and creating positive experiences.
Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way.
Prepare food and deliver consistent food quality.
Preparation, set-up, service, clean up and restocking of the appropriate prep areas of food.
Restock, take deliveries, plan orders, and organize BOH areas.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area.
Full ownership of FIFO system (first in first out) of food & beverage items.
Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely.
Food handling according to HACCP regulations (product rotation, temperature maintenance and record keeping, storage procedures etc.).
Supporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders. This may include covering shifts on the bar.
Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.

Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws.
Personal experience of travel and the travel industry.
