In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute, and grow together. /ppJoin us in our exciting quest to build the future home. /ppbAll about the role: /b /ppWe are looking for a motivated Laboratory Engineer passionate about testing activities and electronic equipment to be used on daily basis to be introduced in the Compressor Components Lab based in Susegana TV Italy. /ppCompressor Components Lab is in charge of selecting, testing and qualify main components for household appliance, in cooperation with global suppliers. The candidate will work in an international team, with strong connection with other departments like Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, RD with global perspective. /ppbWhat you’ll do: /b /ppShe/he will ensure that the compressors/components will be tested according internal procedures and international standards in an autonomous way and with a high level of accuracy. /ppIn detail, you will: /pulliAssist and lead testing activities according internal procedures and international standards on compressors/components in several fields like:ulliElectromechanical Measurements /liliFlammability /liliReliability and Envinronment Stress /liliThermodynamics /liliNoise and Vibration /li /ul /liliIssue reports and manage the documentation of testing activities /liliGuarantee proper storage and management of samples tested /liliParticipate actively to the process of compressors/components approval flow /liliSuggest and be pro-active in new testing methods to increase the overall efficiency of the Lab /liliGuarantee continuous material supply of the Lab consumables /liliPrepare simple cooling system circuits using manual welding station /liliBe able to design and realize simple testing set-ups with data automation and controlling /li /ulpbWho you are: /b /pulliTechnical background /liliBasic knowledge of the typical instruments of an electromechanical lab like voltmeter, oscilloscope, thermocouples, sensors /liliBasic Knowledge of data acquisition software (like Labview) or development environment like Arduino is a plus /liliPrevious experiences in similar position will be appreciated /li /ulpbWhere you’ll be: /b /ppYou will be based in Electrolux main Food Preservation global site, in Susegana (TV), only 1 hour distance from Venice, where we are undergoing multimillion industry 4.0 investment.
