We are specialized in the design, production, and maintenance of components and systems for both the civil and military aviation.As a Combustor Case Frames Material Plan Execution Specialist you will coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules and plan and schedule material/production needs.Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesManage master planning, material processes, and systems to ensure timely updates to production schedules and purchasing needs.Ensure operational alignment with production plans and key performance indicators (KPIs).Optimize inventory levels and drive process improvements.Lead and develop a team, including staffing and performance management.Apply technical expertise and analytical thinking to execute policies and strategies.Stay informed on best practices and integrate them with other functions, while being aware of market competition and differentiators.Exercise judgment to propose innovative solutions for complex manufacturing processes with technical variety and interdependent production cycles.Utilize multiple internal and limited external sources to make informed decisions.Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues and lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.Communicate performance expectations and handle sensitive issues, fostering team consensus and skill development.Qualifications/RequirementsMaster’s degree in Management, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.Proven experience in a material planner role within manufacturing.Proficient knowledge of SAP.Knowledge of the aerospace industry best practices and competitive landscape.Fluency in Italian and English.Work Visa in accordance with local regulations is required.Desired CharacteristicsProven experience in master planning, material processes, and systems management.Strong analytical and technical skills.Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team.Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.What we offerSmart working and work-life balanceAvio Aero, when possible, promotes remote work and encourages a good, healthy, and satisfying work-life balance.
