In 2023, we expanded our capabilities by acquiring VIP Air Empowerment, transforming it into a global RD hub for HVAC/R axial fan solutions, complete with advanced wind tunnel testing facilities.Role Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated Lead RD Engineer to join our team and lead the development of electric motors for fan applications. As a Lead Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing and optimizing electric motors, ensuring the highest performance, efficiency, and reliability standards are met. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment and contribute directly to the development of cutting-edge solutions within the HVAC/R and powertrain industries.
