You will apply lean methodologies to optimize processes, improve quality, reduce waste and increase overall efficiency. With your experiential and technical background, you will contribute to challenge the status quo.Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesEncourage lean events, problem solving and training session using lean toolsPromote a culture of safety, quality and sustainability in all aspects of the production processFacilitate the implementation of lean principles and tools on the production lineCollaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies to achieve operational excellencePerform value stream mapping, root cause analysis and organize Kaizen events to support continuous improvement initiativesTrain and coach employees on lean principles, problem-solving techniques and change management proceduresTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and measure the impact of lean initiativesWork on improving the organization of workplaces and their operational efficiency, supporting logistics managementContribute to the implementation of Lean strategies and techniques defined by the Corporate Lean within the Global Supply ChainSupport leadership in the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve production goals and business goalsImagine, define and assist in developing and implementing kanban signals, physical and digital pull systemsQualifications / RequirementsBachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering fieldExperience in a production environment, preferably in complex environments and with advanced lean or operational excellence logicsProven experience in lean tools or continuous improvement and world class methodologiesPractical experience in projects and change management with evident and measured resultsFamiliarity with manufacturing, logistics and operational flow processesAdvanced use of statistical analysis tools and database managementFluent Italian and EnglishWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is requiredDesired CharacteristicsStrong analytical skills, with a focus in identifying problems, developing solutions, and implementing changes effectively.Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teamsWhat We OfferSmart working and work life-balanceAvio Aero, when possible, promotes hybrid work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
