Your Impact

The Role: Legal Specialist

At Stone Island we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward.

We are currently looking for an engaged and passionate Legal Specialist who can join the Legal Department Team at the HQ in Ravarino (MO).

As part of the Legal Department Team, the candidate will work closely with the Head of the Legal Department and will provide cross-functional support in managing legal-related activities, coordinating with the involved business departments.

Main Responsibilities:

• Legal Support: Provide support in the drafting, review, and negotiation of key commercial agreements, ensuring that contracts align with regulations and company policies.
• Cross-functional Legal Advice: Advise various departments and key stakeholders on legal matters and assist in managing legal issues across the organization.
• Contract Lifecycle Management: Monitor and manage the lifecycle of executed contracts, handle deadlines, and ensure proper filing of documents and contracts.
• Policy Development: Support in the creation and revision of company policies, ensuring they comply with legal and regulatory standards.
• Market Insights: Keep track of relevant legal trends, market developments, and competitor legal practices to provide proactive solutions and guidance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law (legal qualification is a plus).
• 3-5 years of previous experience in legal roles within structured companies or international law firms.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong understanding of commercial and business dynamics, with a focus on legal implications.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex legal discussions.
• Confidentiality, reliability, attention to detail, and an ability to work in a multicultural environment.
