Reporting directly to the Senior team, this individual will play a pivotal role in leading the execution of complex transactions and support in the origination of new deals. Responsibilities will centre on: /pulliConduct market research /liliProduction of marketing presentation, Information Memorandum and other transaction documents /liliPrepare and edit presentations to support critical decision making by senior management /liliSupport to senior professionals in all the phases of deal execution /liliSupport to senior professionals with the development of client relationships and new business generation /liliProactive in proposing to senior professionals strategic ideas for clients /liliMentor and support junior team members /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequired skills/experience /strong /pulliStrong academic background /lili3-5 years of relevant work experience in Corporate Finance transactions /liliMaster’s degree with excellent academic records /liliFluency in English /liliFull-time availability /liliStrong written and verbal communication skills /liliAdvanced financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, Merger, LBO, etc), with deep expertise in interpreting and analyzing financial statements /liliLearning agility, outstanding teamwork and communication skills, analytical mindset /li /ul
