In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute, and grow together.Join us in our exciting quest to build the future home.All about the role:As maintenance manager you will develop and implement solutions for preventive maintenance and ensure prompt solutions to maintenance issues in a safety, lean and green environment.What you will do:You will report operationally and functionally to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and lead the Maintenance Team. You will also support the Engineering Manager to define the Maintenance budget and collaborate with Central Teams e.g. participation in Central Manufacturing Engineering, Green Spirit, Safety and other activities.In detail, you will:Ensure that safety rules are known and respectedDefine Maintenance strategies, guidelines and objectives, controlling the implementation.Plan Maintenance activities and coordinate them (internal and external)Provide guidelines for the definition of necessary spare parts and equipment to ensure availability in accordance with the business requirementsParticipate in developing new equipment specifications to assure the flow of improvementsParticipate in acceptance tests of new equipment.Create master data of all equipment in the maintenance systemDefine strategies for lean management of Maintenance tasksParticipate in defining strategies and criteria for management of contractorsActively share best practice solutions and implement them locally.Perform technical and commercial risk assessments related to maintenance aspects.Introduce and control performance indicators for MaintenanceControl costs that are within maintenance responsibility in accordance with the annual budgetWho you are:Technical Degree is mandatoryAt least 5 years of experience in maintenance roles and at least 3 years of experience in leadership positionsExperience in safety and risk managementKnowledge of lean managementKnowledge of maintenance toolsGood communication and presentation skills.Where you’ll be:You will be based in Electrolux main Food Preservation global site, in Susegana (TV), only 1 hour distance from Venice, where we are undergoing multimillion industry 4.0 investment.
