All about the role:

As Maintenance Manager, you will develop and implement solutions for preventive maintenance and ensure prompt solutions to maintenance issues in a safety, lean, and green environment.

What you will do:

You will report operationally and functionally to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and lead the Maintenance Team. You will also support the Engineering Manager in defining the Maintenance budget and collaborate with Central Teams, e.g., participation in Central Manufacturing Engineering, Green Spirit, Safety, and other activities.

In detail, you will:

• Ensure safety rules are known and respected.
• Define maintenance strategies, guidelines, and objectives, controlling their implementation.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities (internal and external).
• Provide guidelines for spare parts and equipment to ensure availability according to business requirements.
• Participate in developing new equipment specifications to ensure continuous improvements.
• Participate in acceptance testing of new equipment.
• Create master data for all equipment in the maintenance system.
• Define strategies for lean management of maintenance tasks.
• Participate in defining strategies and criteria for contractor management.
• Share and implement best practice solutions locally.
• Perform technical and commercial risk assessments related to maintenance.
• Establish and monitor performance indicators for maintenance.
• Control maintenance costs within the annual budget.

Who you are:

• Technical degree is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance roles and at least 3 years in leadership positions.
• Experience in safety and risk management.
• Knowledge of lean management principles.
• Knowledge of maintenance tools.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Where you’ll be:

You will be based at Electrolux's main Food Preservation site in Susegana (TV), just 1 hour from Venice, where we are investing heavily in Industry 4.0. You will collaborate with various functions including Quality, Maintenance, R&D, Production, and Supply Chain to create the refrigeration solutions of the future.
