Job ResponsibilitiesOversee the maintenance and operation of technical equipment and systems. Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance tasks.Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and equipment malfunctions. Perform repairs and coordinate with external technicians or contractors when necessary.Set up and operate audiovisual equipment for clubhouse events, meetings, and presentations.Monitor and maintain security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems.Ensure that HVAC systems and environmental controls are functioning correctly to maintain a comfortable indoor environment.Manage inventory of technical supplies, replacement parts, and tools. Keep an organized inventory and order necessary supplies when low.Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on technical equipment.Keep records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and service history. Provide regular reports and updates to clubhouse management on technical equipment status.Coordinate with external vendors, technicians, and contractors for technical system repairs, upgrades, and installations.Job RequirementsMinimum High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical education or certifications are preferred).Proven experience in technical equipment maintenance or a related field.Knowledge of audiovisual systems, lighting, sound systems, security systems, and HVAC controls.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and in collaboration with clubhouse staff and external contractors.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
