ppbMaintenance Technician /b at bZRS Management /b /p h3Job Description /h3 pThe Maintenance Technician’s primary goal is to provide exceptional service to our residents. The Maintenance Technician will work hand-in-hand with the Maintenance Supervisor to provide skilled, efficient and professional service. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning, appliances, and any other aspect as needed. /li liPerform apartment turnover maintenance in three to five business days and turnover checklist completion. Turnover maintenance includes but is not limited to: installation of blinds, change filters, replace bulbs, replace drip pans as needed, and replace door stoppers, caulk, and other miscellaneous repairs as needed. /li liCommon area maintenance includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, pressure washing, cleaning windows etc. /li liMonitor building exterior for issues with roof, siding, shutters, etc. /li liHelp maintain an effective preventive maintenance program for area of responsibility. /li liAssume primary responsibility for the safe condition of all equipment or structures in area of expertise. /li liEnter any newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory. /li liKeep work area clean and orderly. /li liObserve all safety rules. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMust have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record proof of automobile insurance coverage. /li liHVAC certification preferred. /li /ul h3Skills, Knowledge and Abilities /h3 ul liPossess effective time management skills and attention to detail. /li liAbility to adapt to change in a composed manner. /li liAbility to respect and maintain confidentiality. /li liMaintenance experience knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances. /li liAbility to lift heavy objects. /li liAbility to communicate clearly with the residents. /li liAbility to work cooperatively and in a teamwork environment. /li liWilling to work on-call hours. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pWe offer full-time, career-track positions with competitive pay, health, dental, vision and life insurance; housing discounts, vacation, paid holidays, exceptional 401k plan with employer match and much more. /p h3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3 pZRS Management is an equal opportunity employer.
