YOUR TASKS WITH US:

  • Acquisition and support of international press agencies, tour operators, and independent travel agents
  • Representing the hotel at international trade fairs, workshops, press receptions, and industry events
  • Establishing and maintaining contacts with journalists, editorial offices, and relevant media partners
  • Organizing, coordinating, and personally supporting press and influencer trips
  • Maintaining, updating, and distributing the Hotel Press Kit to media, press, and relevant partners
  • Supporting the development of PR strategies for the international positioning of the hotel

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

  • A keen interest in the hotel and travel industry
  • A personal affinity for travel and enthusiasm for international destinations
  • Experience in sales management or comparable roles
  • Strong communication skills and natural sales talent
  • Proficiency in German, English, and Italian (written and spoken)
  • Enjoy networking, establishing, and maintaining long-term contacts
  • Willingness to travel internationally and flexible working hours
  • Self-confidence, a professional appearance, and an instinct for target groups
  • Independent, structured, and service-oriented work style
