Manager, Solution Architecture – INFOR WMS

10+ years of experience in IT Product & Application Architecture or Development roles
5 years+ of experience in automating Warehousing and Transport processes
Experience in people management: internal and external in distributed delivery model across Asia and Europe
Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation/influencing
Excellent planning and organizational skills; ability to lead / drive multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision
Experience in implementing and managing INFOR WMS Multi-tenant SaaS solution, extension framework (Mongoose), integration framework ION
Experience with the full software development life cycle management, including design, testing, deployment, and documentation activities
Experience in business process knowledge within one or more of the following Industry Sectors: Logistics, Supply chain management
Experience in various delivery methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, Iterative, DevOps, DevSecOps.
Excellent analytical and technical skill, ability to translate business requirements into functional spec, and application configuration
Fluent in English
Responsibilities / Obowiązki
Fully accountable for the delivery of all INFOR WMS solutions (entire stack – application to infrastructure to security) according to defined quality measures, within agreed timelines and budgets.
Working with the Director, Product Delivery – Ops & CRM Products, VP - Product Delivery, other Solution Architects/Analysts, Business Process Architects to design, develop, maintain and execute INFOR WMS solution architectures.
Defining the strategy and roadmap for both solutions, including new deployments, upgrades to remain current and any decommissioning required
Working with IT Controlling to forecast the costs of these solution architectures, including recommended budgeted CAPEX and OPEX costs.
Working with Head of Enterprise Architecture to ensures that INFOR WMS solution strategies are integrated across the product teams and aligned with the agreed Enterprise Architecture
Coaching INFOR WMS solution Analysts, identifying and resolving gaps in skills and resources
Responsible for the definition, design, configure and develop of the INFOR WMS product components
Collaborate with business process architects and key business operation personnel to ideate ways to maximize the product utilization to derive the product benefit, to continuously review the product advancements and develop & execute an adoption roadmap for HAVI
Assist in creating the investment cost case.
Create functional specifications/design and validate functional specification/design created by other analysts/architects.
Develop together with Test- and Deployment Lead the test plan by providing insight into solution design
Participating in Product Boards as required to govern product delivery execution
Participating in Joint Review Boards with strategic partners
