ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB The Manufacturing Engineer for Logistics and Flows is responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and reviewing procedures and equipment involved in production and logistics processes. Duties include researching production and logistics techniques, testing new systems for lead time and productivity. You will apply your knowledge of science and mathematics to analyze manufacturing costs and KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop business case studies. Additionally, you will build relationships with other regions and departments, participating in benchmarking activities. Some responsibilities include: Analyze process measurements (OEE, capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation, flows) and identify improvement opportunities. Review production flows, balancing, and logistics to enhance performance and meet future requirements such as new product launches and production plans. Design and analyze logistic flows, layout, warehouse, kit, and picking areas. Improve container and carrier efficiency. Engage in problem-solving activities to improve safety, quality, reduce costs, and lead times. Manage economic aspects and develop business cases. Standardize and optimize processes. PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Degree in Engineering. At least 1 year of experience in complex environments as a Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, or Continuous Improvement Engineer. Strong relationship-building skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver tasks on time. Proficiency in MS Office. Flexibility and adaptability in a constantly changing environment.
