Flowserve Corporation is a public, multi-national company engaged in the engineering, manufacturing and servicing of advanced technology fluid handling and control equipment in a variety of markets worldwide. The products of the company include pumps, valves, mechanical seals and related services. The markets served include petroleum, power (nuclear & fossil), chemical processing and other general industry services where the movement and control of fluids are critical. Customers are both in the public and private sectors.

Responsibility:

Perform mechanical, hydraulic, thermodynamic and rotor dynamic calculations

Supporting the order acquisition group with technical information

Provide support to the product and pump design engineers

Updates and controls standards

Manages standard calculation programs

Education:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering on MS or Bachelor level
Experience:
Candidate can be a Graduate or may have a couple of years of practical experience in an international design manufacturing and or plaint maintenance environment
Skills:

Fluent knowledge of the English language in speech and writing is a must

Working knowledge of computer programs like Windows, Excel, Word and Autocad / Solid Works. Knowledge of Inventor, CFD and FEA software is a plus
BS or BA Degree in relevant field and / or 0-2 years relevant experience.
