Your future role

1. Design mechanical systems and equipment
2. Analyze customer needs and problems
3. Make calculations and define the parameters needed for the design
4. Develop concepts, select solutions, and solve problems in the design of systems and equipment in collaboration with the team
5. Carry out research and development projects
6. Provide technical support to Sales, Production, and Service teams, including reviewing and approving production work and preparing technical documents

Our perfect candidate would have…

• A degree in mechanical engineering or in any other relevant field
• Senior Mechanical Engineering experience in machine design
• Knowledge of machine development and construction
• Knowledge of CAD systems — preferably Solid Edge, SolidWorks, or Inventor
• A creative and solutions-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and intermediate to advanced skills in English
• Preferably based in the surroundings of Parma, Italy
