You will lead and implement the Italian media (TV, radio ecc) strategies for all the brands with the support of Central team. You will manage our Media external agency partnership.This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious Media leader to join the business at a time of rapid growth and transformation.Responsibilities:Plan and develop efficient media strategies and plans on global and local brands aligned with the business objectives and the assigned budgetEnsure coherence in media planning execution across brands, audiences and build a cross learning agendaIdentify new media opportunities (on and offline), innovations in the market and stay up to date with media landscapeBe the main point of contact for the local media agency, supporting them in the creation of media plans, implementation of guidelines / brand playbooks, pricing negotiationsCollaborate with the Marketing team (Brand, Category) to ensure consistency in messaging and execution across various media channels (On and offline)Work with the E-commerce team to develop and explore new advertising opportunities to drive further online salesContribute to guidelines, trainings deployment and Digital topics (digital dashboard, SEO) with the Media global teamProfile:5-7 years’ experience of Media strategies, Media planning and buying/budgetMedia agency or in-house media planning background (FMCG, Consumer Care)Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands on operational competencies to implement and follow up projectsProficient and understanding in media planning tools and digital platforms (Google stack, analytics…)analytical skills and commercial perspectiveExcellent Italian and EnglishWhat we offer:Permanent contract, full timeHybrid work (2 days at home + 3 days at the office) #J-18808-Ljbffr
