Media ManagerYour life on board: As Media Manager you are responsible to create and broadcast contents based on ship or marketing needs in cooperation with shoreside Onboard communication direction and Marketing team, under the guidance of the Marketing Communication Manager.Demonstrate your passion: You will oversee graphic content creation and produces high-quality photos and videos, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.You will conduct routine inspections of digital signage, screens, and the TV Costa channel, promptly addressing and resolving any issues that arise.You will collaborate with the TV Director in the production of videos to support the technicians’ teamYou will create, update and manage media contents to provide onboard service information to the Guest like opening times, meeting point, exit sign, preshow and lounge program.Getting Things Right: You will ensure that all communication media channels promoting onboard products and services consistently adhere to the brand's communication and visual standardsYou will actively participate to Onboard Revenues meetings if not present onboard the Digital EditorSafety First: You will proactively inform the Marketing Communication Manager of any deviations from company standards or departmental requests, with a focus on quality or service issues that could impact guest satisfaction.What makes you unique: You have secondary school degree You master MS Office (Excel and Power point)You are familiar with the Adobe suite and programs like Illustrator, After Effects, PhotoshopYou have experience in Photo shoots and video makingYou have at least English B2 level Knowledge plus another language at B2 levelYou have Italian Knowledge at B2 level (preferable)Why Costa: Welcome to a world of extraordinary adventures as a Costa Crociere crew member!
