We are seeking a Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) in Italy. The territory is divided into three parts.Your Key Responsibilities:Establish and maintain relationships with key thought leaders (TLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs)Engage in scientific exchange on disease landscape, mode-of-action, and clinical dataRepresent the company at scientific congresses and professional meetingsDevelop deep expertise in the therapeutic area, stakeholders, and healthcare landscapeSupport medical plans and scientific engagement in Hepatology and GastroenterologyAttend and summarize key scientific meetings and conferencesCollaborate with internal teams (commercial, access, clinical) to share insightsProvide scientific training for internal teams and support speaker/advisory boardsRespond to external inquiries with accurate clinical and scientific informationGather insights from TLs/HCPs to inform clinical and commercial strategyEnsure ethical compliance, complete mandatory training, and follow industry regulationsYour Qualifications:Advanced degree in healthcare or life sciences (MD, PharmD, PhD, etc.)3+ years of medical field experience (MSL or similar)Preferred experience in Hepatology or GastroenterologyStrong knowledge of regulatory, health technology assessment and disease managementAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentEntrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to change and ownership of responsibilities.Strong scientific understanding and ability to communicate emerging data.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsProficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Willingness to travel internationally and engage with KOLsFluent written and spoken English skillsReady to take on this exciting challenge?
