About the position: Microbiology Analyst
Ensure the proper conduct of microbiological analyses related to assigned projects, according to the guidelines defined by their Manager and in accordance with cGMPs.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing microbiological analysis on raw materials and finished products
Development and validation of analytical methods on API, raw materials and finished products
Writing protocols and validation reports of microbiological methods
Prepare microorganisms for identification
Reading the plates of environmental monitoring and recording the results
Commitment to perform activities in accordance with cGMP and in compliance with safety regulations
Writing results in laboratory notebooks and analytical documentation in accordance with GMP regulations
Participation in professional training and continuing education programs
Maintenance of the microbiology laboratory and management of the instrumentation used
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate of Biology, Microbiology, Biological Sciences or Biotechnology
Previous experience in microbiological analysis
Work in a team, problem solving, good interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability and accuracy
Knowledge of good analytical and laboratory techniques, GxP, USP, and FDA requirements
Good proficiency in English
