What you can look forward to Design, development and maintenance of passive monitoring (via Dynatrace) including server and software administration. Design, development and maintenance of the decentralized MQ monitoring incl. server and software administration (via IBM ITM). Setup and provision of suitable test environments Preparation of documentation and work instructions Integration of all mission-critical IT services according to SLA in the required monitoring / alerting procedures. Project support to secure the operating environment Market observations and trend analyses of the tools used according to demand and business aspects. What you bring to the table Degree in computer science or a comparable technical field with professional experience in operational IT operations. Expertise in the operating systems LINUX and WIN and basic network knowledge. Know-how in the use of scripting and programming languages. Analytical and conceptual skills, as well as control and steering ability.
