pJob description: /pp1. Streamline all administration policies, procedures and management including office management, fixed assets management, mobile phone, company car, business insurance, ticket/hotel/accommodation, business trip expenses, meeting/annual party events, team building, employee recognition and so on; Facilitate the improvement office operation efficiency through local, region and HQ. /pp2. Ensure to align all local admin related compliance including office insurances and Health Safety. /pp3. Manage day-to-day administration actives including office management, invoice process, purchasing, stationary, company car/mileages, fixed assets, SIM card, accommodation management and access control. /pp4. Manage office budget to ensure all cost reasonably spent. /pp5. Facilitate team atmosphere and organize team building events; Support business the meetings or events, e.g. town hall meetings, roundtable, annual party. /pp6. Assistant to senior leaders and manages business schedule, expenses, communications with local depts and HQ. /pp7. Admin vendor assessment and PSL selection as well as payment. /pp8. Company vehicles arrangement and insurance maintenance. Order office supplies; maintain service agreements with vendors; submit and reconcile expense reports. Assist in office/equipment maintenance and daily operations. /pp9. Maintain monthly contact lists and staff attendance for company daily list. /pp10. Company qualification certificates change and annual review. /pp11. Monitor and secure lease, service, equipment, supply and travel contracts consistent with Global guidance and to meet needs of business requirements. /pp12. Answer and direct phone calls; receive and register coming mails; provide general support to visitors. /pp13. Other administration duties as assigned by line manager. /ppRequirements: /pp1. Good knowledge in MS Office. /pp2. Proven admin experience with in-depth understanding of high-quality service. /pp3. Experience of working in a multicultural, international, fast-moving changing environment. /pp4. Excellent communication skills along with an engaging telephone manner, to maintain a calm courteous and professional manner. /pp5. Have self-motivational and Can-do attitude; Excellent organization and coordination skills. /pp6. Ability to work both on a team and independently to deliver results. /pp7. Proficient in Chinese, Italian and English, both written and verbal. /p
