About the Company - We are looking for a talented engineer for the position of Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence Specialist currently open in the Engineering Operations HQ of Stevanato Group in Piombino Dese (PD).About the Role - The candidate will execute the assigned project activities and be responsible for their accurate and timely completion, building reports to ensure the project plan and results. The candidate will also design and lead specific projects, being accountable for their execution and monitoring.ResponsibilitiesTo execute and to lead inter-functional projects and activities related to the Engineering DivisionTo promote the improvement of Group efficiency through process assessment and mapping and through the promotion of the information exchange across functionsTo promote the change within the Group, sustaining the consistent application of standards and recognized best practicesTo actively learn (and improve) Project Management, Change Management, LEAN principles, and methodologiesTo actively promote knowledge sharing on these topics across the Group Qualifications - Education: Engineering Degree (preferably Industrial Engineering)Required SkillsLanguages: English and Italian, both fluentExperience: 1-2 years dealing with project management and improvement of process efficiency (preferably in Engineering and Manufacturing firms)Skills: Project Management, Process Mapping, Change Management, LEAN Methodology Preferred SkillsExcellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsTeamwork and leadershipStress and Time ManagementProblem solving and hands-on approachLEAN Certification (Desirable) Pay range and compensation package - Salary and type of contract depending on candidate's experience.
