The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to minimize disruptions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesObtain overflight and landing clearances, PPRs, slots, and set up ground handling, fuel, and catering arrangements, maintaining regulatory compliance.Take prompt action to prevent flight disruptions.Handle multiple requests accurately in dynamic situations, anticipate problems, and mitigate issues.Prioritize tasks efficiently during crises, work effectively in team environments, and operate independently with limited supervision.Plan ahead to reduce flight program disruptions, assess airport and aircraft restrictions, and propose solutions.Monitor operational progress in planning and live phases, providing regular updates to stakeholders.Supervise daily flight planning and assist Flight Crews in resolving operational difficulties.RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).Fluent in Italian and English (reading, writing, speaking).Diplomatic and friendly communication with stakeholders.Flexible working hours and adaptability to shift changes.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Communicate firmly yet kindly with colleagues and stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
