The Challenge An exciting opportunity has arisen at Haier Europe. What you will do As Order Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to get a 360° overview by managing an end-to-end process. You will become accountable and manage autonomously your daily workload in a highly dynamic and agile work environment. Specifically, you will support the manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and materials within our organization. You will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and warehouse activities. In particular:- Support the Order Management team in processing and managing customer orders- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to orders- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all order-related activities- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction What you need to succeed Student or neo graduate in Engineering or similar fields Fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken). Excellent knowledge of Office Package (in particular Excel and Power Point) We offer an initial 6 months paid internship 800 euro, company computer, free company canteen, smart working.
