Packaging Development Specialist Packaging Development Specialist
We are looking for a Packaging Development Specialist to join our Research & Development – Packaging Development team in our Home & Personal Care unit based in Calenzano (Firenze).
How you make the difference
This position is crucial for Bolton because the Packaging Development team follows and applies design for recycling principles and actively contributes to the achievement of Bolton sustainability targets.
How your agenda looks like:
Develop new primary and secondary packaging, as required from time to time by project briefs
Follow and apply Design For Recycling principles and actively contribute to the achievement of Bolton Group’s sustainability targets
Draw up and review technical specifications for packaging components within its competence
Validate new technically/functionally developed components
Improve the 'machinability' of our packages
Your team:
You will report directly to our Packaging Development Manager Personal Care.
What makes you a great fit:
Education: Degree in Mechanical or Material or Chemical Engineering, Food Science and Technology or similar
Technical Skills: Knowledge of the Office tools and the main 2D/3D design software
Local language: Proficient in Italian and English
Other skills: Problem solving, easy-going, dynamic and cooperative in team work, capable of organizing work in a methodical manner
