Offer Description The project concerns the measurement and management of performance, crucial aspects to support the competitiveness of companies. Nowadays, great attention has addressed to the tools and methods that can ensure the achievement of strategic objectives according to multiple perspectives (operational, economic-financial, environmental, social and governance KPIs). The areas of application are various and companies of different sizes can be considered. The project includes the analysis of the relevant literature and empirical works with the aim of testing the effectiveness of performance measurement and management systems.
