About the Role - This is a great opportunity for Internet assessors to join the team at TELUS International. In this role, you will be reviewing online search results to improve their content and quality, providing feedback and analysis on content found in search engine results, and giving ratings on their relevance to the search terms used. You will also review the language used in the search results by examining grammar, tone, and cultural relevance.

Responsibilities -

• Review online search results
• Provide feedback and analysis on content
• Give ratings on relevance to search terms
• Review language used in search results

Qualifications -

• Full professional proficiency in written and verbal Italian & English
• Living in Italy for the last 3 consecutive years
• Strong interest in social media
• Active daily user of Gmail
• Own & use a smartphone (Android V4.2 or higher or iPhone running iOS version 13.0 or higher)
• Familiarity with other forms of social media and Google products
• Access to and use of a broadband internet connection and associated computer and software
• Experience in use of web browsers

• Living in Italy for the last 3 consecutive years
