p We are partnering with a leading global manufacturer in the FMCG industry to find a Plant Director for their Italian production site in Cressa. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced industrial manager ready to take full ownership of a complex, high-performance plant. pb Responsibilities /b /pp Reporting to Group leadership, you will: /pp • Lead and develop a team of functional and operational managers to deliver on safety, quality and productivity targets /pp• Own the plant’s PL and operating budget, optimizing resource allocation across all functions /pp• Drive performance across production efficiency, maintenance, supply chain, cost control and HSEQ /pp• Define and implement operational policies aligned with corporate strategy /pp• Ensure full compliance with legal, environmental and health safety regulations /pp• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including authorities and employee representatives /pp• Evaluate and support capex initiatives related to safety, equipment and operational efficiency /ppb Your Profile /b /pp• Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline /pp• 5+ years in a senior plant leadership role within industrial manufacturing /pp• Background in continuous production environments is a strong plus /pp• Experience in FMCG is preferred /pp• Strong problem-solving, conflict management and leadership skills /pp• Fluent in English /pp«I candidati, nel rispetto del D.lgs. 198/2006, D.lgs. 215/2003 e D.lgs. 216/2003, sono invitati a leggere l’informativa sulla privacy consultabile sotto il form di richiesta dati della pagina di candidatura (Regolamento UE n. 2016/679). brL’offerta è rivolta a candidati di entrambi i sessi, nel rispetto del D.lgs. 198/2006 e della normativa vigente in materia di pari opportunità.
