Activities include the efficient operation and cost-effectiveness of operating systems and programs.This role in summaryAs a Finance Manager of Comunanza manufacturing site, you will play a key role within the management of Comunanza site and the Costs Operations Finance leadership team. Your mission will be to consolidate financial performance from manufacturing operations, ensuring cost management and profitable results. You will be supporting plant management in cost optimization, cost deployment analyzes, planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, accounting, compliance and other day to day finance related activities within both manufacturing and central finance environments.Your responsibilities will includeManage the overall financial planning process of the Washing plantEnsure the accurate and timely coordination of all financial planning processes (i.e. budget, forecast)Support the business in defining the strategy and set of recommended actions to improve financial performance and exploit opportunitiesLeading WCM Cost Deployment Pillar StrategyCalculate, monitor and report both product transformation costs and OPEX expenses of the plantEnsure the timely and proactively preparation of reports (i.e. variance reporting, inventory analysis, total cost productivity, etc.)Facilitate the accurate and timely exchange of information between controllers, central finance team and our Shared Service Center in PolandManage multiple relations - Finance team (HQ, SSC) and Business and facilitate the accurate and timely exchange of informationManages and executes HR processes ensuring their implementation for his/her own population (1 team member)Ensures appropriate development, training and coaching for the direct report, while providing leadership and mentorshipCollaborating and benchmarking with other companies’ plants to share and implement best practices within your organizationEnsure team spirit, good team-working environment, individual-group communication and appropriate development, training and coaching for the direct reportMinimum requirementsBachelor/Master's degree in Economics, Finance or related fieldAt least 5 / 7 years of experience in a financial role, preferably already coordinating a team and within the manufacturing industryMastering Microsoft ExcelPreferred previous SAP exposureGood communication, facilitation, and teamwork skillsFluent Italian and EnglishWCM knowledge would be a plusWhat we offerAn international working environment in a dynamic companyOpportunities to learn and develop and to contribute to our Manufacturing Site continuous improvementDiscounts on Beko / Whirlpool appliancesWe are an equal opportunity employer.
