You will be operating in a continuously changing and challenging environment of Industry 4.0. /ppYou will coordinate the daily activities of the Susegana Plant Quality Department, in particular, you will guarantee the product quality requirements according to specification and continuously improve the customer satisfaction level. You will have full responsibility for the quality in the factory and contribute to the implementation of the sector's quality strategy for the product line.brbKey operational responsibilities: /b /pulliResponsible for overall quality control aspects of raw material/ in-process finished products /liliCreate and improve the plant quality system /set quality standards ensure compliance /liliSet up action plan and specific projects to achieve the quality targets /liliLead the quality improvement program internally and externally, setting priorities, supporting the teamwork, involve the needed inter-functional resources to successfully achieve the results /lilikeep the link with major customers (internal-external) about quality deployment and product performance; /lilisupport the process of suppliers qualification; /lilihold and improve process for ISO requirements; /lilisupervise a team and provide guidance and feedback; /li /ulpbrbCompetencies needed: /b /ppbr• Technical Degree education (industrial/engineering) or equivalent experiencebr• Minimum of 5 years in quality within a similar capacity business and environmentbr• Great leadership skills, good interpersonal and communication skills both in Italian and EnglishbrHe/she is communicative, convincing, team player as well as team builder; is able to set priorities, has good synthesis and analysis skills, a good leadership and a project-management mindset.br/ppbAs part of the Electrolux Group, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
