LarioHotels è un’azienda che opera nell’ospitalità alberghiera da oltre 100 anni, detiene la proprietà immobiliare e la gestione diretta di cinque strutture per un totale di 179 camere e suite. Quattro alberghi si trovano sul Lago di Como, uno a Verona e uno in apertura a Ostuni: sono tutti boutique hotel ben posizionati nella fascia alta e altissima del mercato, ricerca un/a PORTIERE NOTTURNO sulla zona di Ostuni.

La Risorsa riporterà alla Direzione.

Check in/Check out

Registrazione dati clienti

Rispondere alle richieste degli ospiti in house e via telefono/Email

Utilizzo dei sistemi operativi aziendali (PMS e OTAS)

Chiusure contabili di giornata

Procedure di room service

Sicurezza e controllo degli ospiti e della struttura

Si richiede:

Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo

Ottime capacità organizzative

Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, dei sistemi di prenotazione e PMS

Flessibilità, attenzione ai dettagli degli ospiti e precisione

Capacità di relazionarsi con i colleghi

LarioHotels is a company that has been operating in the hospitality industry for over 100 years. It owns the real estate and directly manages five properties, totaling 179 rooms and suites. Four hotels are located on Lake Como, one in Verona, and a new one opening in Ostuni. All are boutique hotels positioned in the high and luxury market segment. We are looking for a Night Receptionist for our Ostuni location.

The selected candidate will report to the Management.

Responsibilities:

Check-in/Check-out procedures

Guest data registration

Handling guest requests in-house, by phone, and via email

Using company operating systems (PMS and OTAs)

Daily financial closures

Room service procedures

Ensuring security and monitoring guests and hotel premises

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role

Excellent organizational skills

Fluency in English

Strong knowledge of Office Suite, booking systems, and PMS

Flexibility, attention to guest details, and precision

Ability to work effectively with colleagues
