To cover maternity leave, we are looking for a Procurement Specialist. The purpose of the position is to guarantee the supply in terms of planned quantities, defined packaging, and established times of all the raw materials and semi-finished products for the company production process. Participates in the elaboration of the purchase and procurement plan for raw materials and semi-finished products on the basis of pre-established programs Elaborate and plan the short term purchase activity in order to guarantee the regular and efficient functioning of the activities related to the company organization Organize the program of reminders to suppliers in case of late deliveries or when quality problems arise, maintaining good relations with them Pay particular attention to the management and archiving of all documentation YOUR PROFILE Bachelor’s degree in procurement or equivalent qualification Experience in procurement of a manufacturing international company Good communication skills in English Familiarity with IT tools such as MS Office, in particular Excel Good knowledge of SAP ERP system is a plus Do you have any questions regarding the application process?
