There is an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced Practice Manager to join the Ardrossan practice in a full-time or part-time (0.8) capacity. You’ll join a close-knit team in providing tailored support to the General Practitioners, and providing exceptional customer service and care to their patients. This position will suit someone who is currently living in or looking to relocate to the local area.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Practice Manager is a senior member of the practice team, primarily responsible for overseeing the practice staff and the day-to-day running of the practice.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

Prior experience in in medical practice management, preferred

Prior experience in leadership and team building

An understanding of commercial business principles

Strong interpersonal skills

The ability to devise and review systems for operational efficiency and control

An understanding of employment laws

The ability to communicate verbally and in writing
