Job Description

Lexacount Search is seeking candidates with 1-2 years of experience with corporate transactions. Experience in the structuring, formation and management of private equity funds, real estate funds, alternative investment vehicles and their management companies is preferred. Relevant general corporate experience will also be considered. Must have a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the bar.
