We are searching for our plant based in Rocca D’Evandro (CE) a graduate to be included in the Production department of the plant as Process Engineer, reporting directly to the Production Manager who will be the tutor.
In detail he/she will support in the following activities:
Establish action plans for processes out of target.
Support Shift leaders in Problem solving activities based on daily KPI analysis (OEE, Pareto Chart, 5Why, 4M or Ishikawa).
Support on Cycle time evaluation and improvement solutions (Value Stream Map, Yamazumi Chart).
Support the Tooling Engineer in Quick Change Over optimization.
Requirements and skills:
Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Good knowledge of English.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
Place of usual residence in the province of Caserta or Frosinone.
