Recognized nationally and across Europe, it is a market reference point thanks to its collaborative environment and ongoing improvement efforts.The RoleAs a Process Engineer reporting directly to the Manager, your main goal will be to improve processes and production performance, with an overview of coordinating departments for potential future roles of responsibility within the production function. You will also have the opportunity to support the Manager in operational and managerial activities, gaining valuable hands-on experience.Your ResponsibilitiesAssist the Production Manager in field operations, supporting both management and operational improvement activities.Analyze and redesign operational and managerial flows related to the Supply Chain.Monitor and steer plant performance, evaluating speed, availability, and efficiency (OEE).Conduct analysis and troubleshoot production systems and technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems.Support the Maintenance team in technical activities and improvement projects.Manage specific projects in the production scope as Project Manager.Ideal Candidate- Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronics) – recent graduate or with brief experience.- Basic project management skills and strong problem-solving abilities.- Knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, SMED, and 5S principles (preferable).- Excellent command of Office Suite, especially Excel.- Professional proficiency in English.- Collaborative, pragmatic, and capable of working in a team, with a pragmatic approach to technical-production problems.What the Company OffersPermanent contract.Meal vouchers worth €6 per day and an annual production bonus of €1,500.Opportunities for growth into roles with greater responsibilities within the production function.Stimulating work environment and ongoing training on the job.All job postings are aimed at both genders (L.903/77).
