Job Summary
Process Engineer Lomagna
Responsible for development of new and improved processes for custom polymer compounds, including scale-up and process testing plans and procedures, data analysis, and communication of results. Primary contact with Manufacturing for writing and communication of production specifications. Requires three plus years of direct, relevant experience with the ability to operate with little to no direction.
Coordinates with manufacturing partners to establish quality and testing conditions for established Avient products.
Participates in development of scale-up, process testing plans and procedures, data analysis, and communication of results.
Documentation and preparation of product specifications for manufacturing Avient products.
Participates in resolution of plant production issues.
Education and Experience
Mechanical Engineer or Chemical Engineer
3+ years of experience
