ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB
We are looking for a young, motivated, curious, and enterprising talent to join us at our Plant in Sedico RX (BL). As a Process Engineer, you will have the opportunity to join the Manufacturing team for the washing, tinting, and coating areas (ADVA). You will be responsible for developing control procedures to ensure all equipment/processes are operating within the Control Plan (PCP); analyzes PCP deviations and manages actions to resolve PCP gaps and promotes, manages, and coordinates activities aimed at continuous improvement in relation to the plant's KPIs: Quality, Efficiency, and Costs. Here are some responsibilities you will have:

Drives process control plans (PCPs) and ensures they are followed

Organize and structure problem solving

Analyze existing processes and actively drive for improvement

Collaborates on the launches of industrial projects and new products

Work in close coordination with central and local teams

PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

You have a Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering

You have at least 3 years of experience in complex environments as a Process engineer

You have strong knowledge of Plastic Materials and Injection molding Process, or Mechanical Manufacturing, or Coating processes

You have strong Project Management skills

You have good knowledge of Ms Office (in particular Excel and Power Point)

You are a flexible person, able to adapt in a context of constant change

You have strong facilitation and communication skills

You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously
