As a Senior Manager of Process Improvement, you will drive process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards. /ph2Key Responsibilities: /h2ulliLead the Process Improvement team, ensuring all members are aligned with business objectives and operate efficiently. /liliManage and coordinate process improvement initiatives, monitoring, and stewardship. /liliProvide technical support on manufacturing processes, investigations, optimization, yield improvement projects, cycle time reduction, and process robustness. /liliOversee product and process investigations, product impact assessment, risk assessment. /liliCollaborate with departments to ensure an integrated approach. /li /ulpYou will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions, and measure their effectiveness.
