Posizione:
Position Purpose:

The candidate will be responsible for integrating external quality system requirements (like ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 17025) into R&T processes, ensuring staff training and adherence to these processes.

Furthermore, he/she will be responsible for providing project management support, assisting in the implementation of project management methodologies, and ensuring that projects are executed effectively and efficiently according to PLI framework.

Key Accountabilities:

Ensuring that all external Quality System requirements (such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 17025, and other customer-specific quality systems) are built into R&T documented processes, staff trained, and processes followed.

Improving documentation design, review, and storage guidelines, ensuring that all supporting records and data are securely warehoused and readily retrievable.

Managing R&T internal audit schedule, acting as a focal point for external audits.

Participating in process mapping exercises to better understand and develop opportunities to streamline processes, removing non-value add steps.

Assisting in the establishment of a comprehensive risk management framework for R&T processes, ensuring that risk priorities are effectively addressed through properly implemented policies, procedures, training, systems, and controls.

Providing regular reporting to R&T management on KPIs, including areas of improvement (ex: results of audits and status of corrective actions).

Requisiti:
Qualifications & Education:

Degree in a Technical discipline (the knowledge of Quality System management is considered as a plus).

Skills/Experience/Knowledge:

Proven experience in Quality System management & Compliance.

IATF 16949:2016 understanding core tools.

Knowledge of risk management.

Effective stakeholder management.

Business and Technical report writing.

Excellent Project Management skills, with demonstrated ability to proactively take initiative to drive results.

Proficiency in English.
