Our companyworks with its customers to restore and conserve the planet's fundamentalelements that are water, air and soil.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGRole and Responsibilities:May lead multi-vendors projects including negotiating and preparing Purchase Orders (PO), contracts, budgets, and related documents for participation in EPC Project.•Responsible for establishing purchasing procedures required to fulfill the procurement and the supply of required equipment and services.•Serve as the point of contact between suppliers and Suez Italy.• Negotiates PO and contracts according to budget and timeframe requests.•Point person for the solicitation and preparation of Request for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Request for Information (RFIs).•Create and execute Purchase Orders in SAP consistent with Company standards.•Price and cost analysis of Offers and relevant negotiation of proposals; fact finding in RFI’s.•Administer contracts and ensure on-time delivery in accordance with program requirements.• Reviews contracts for completeness, accuracy and ensures that corrections are appropriately made and documented.• Generates amended contract and/or budget documents as necessary, preparing contract management documentation for projects, and streamlining the contract/proposal or internal processes; initiates and introduces creative ideas and solutions.• Identifies possible contract or process operational risk and proactively works within the team to provide solutions. Establishes strong working relationships with internal project teams. Escalates deviations to Procurement Manager and/or Legal Department.• Serves as key communication liaison between site contracts staff and internal and external customers. Provides functional guidance and keeps internal and external teams aware of all contract statuses or pending issues. Prepares correspondence as necessary.• Reviews and complies with Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions in a timely manner, keeps training records updated accordingly and ensures timesheet compliance.• Other Duties as AssignedWHO WE ARE LOOKING FORGeneral requirement:Suez Italy is looking for a Procurement Specialist to assist in ensuring all tasks between Suez Italy and its Suppliers are negotiated, created, and managed effectively and efficiently. Will work closely with the Procurement Manager, Project Manager, and Engineering Department to secure all equipment necessary to the EPC Projects assigned to the Business Unit.5 years of experience in buyer or procurement role (Mandatory); preferably within International Organization.Education Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent. Advanced degree preferred.Languages required:Italian mother tongue (Preferred) and proficient English (Mandatory).Required Skills:Experience with SAP (Mandatory) and Pyramid (Preferred).Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.Moderate contracts management experience that includes experience in subcontracts negotiation.Knowledge of Supply Chain principles and custom Clearence.Required behavior Skills:Good vendor management skills Strong organizational skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects.Customer focused and ability to manage challenging priorities and to remain flexible and adaptable in stressful situations.Strong negotiating skills.Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.Proactive attitude towards work, teamwork, and cooperation.Demonstrate an ability to provide quality feedback and guidance to peers.Understands the business and acts as a support and improvement engine.Understands corporate values and makes them his own.
