Develop and implement marketing strategies, create tailored messaging, plan campaigns and support the sales team for their implementation and in the opportunities development under the technical and commercial perspectives. Ultimately, contributing to the company's overall success, resulting in best-in-class customer experience within the assigned product range. /p h3Main tasks and responsibilities /h3 ul liTrain, support, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, and Operations in identifying customer needs and innovative solutions fulfilling technical and application-related specifications, considering sustainable total cost of ownership (STCO). /li liMonitor sales development and suggest expansion proposals accordingly with the assigned Product Portfolio dynamics. /li liDevelop customized projects for customers, collecting all the necessary data, and drafting a specific technical and commercial proposal. /li liAttain and maintain deep product and application knowledge of products and services for the assigned Product Portfolio. /li liSupport and provide application engineering training for internal resources and customers. /li liMonitor the competitors' activities in terms of product and technical solutions. /li liCollaborate in the process of designing and developing new products together with Habasit Group RD, advising the technical requirements of customer requests, and the quantities required according to market analysis and sales forecasts. /li liSupport the Sales Force during visits to customers and in the project developments. /li liProvide phone and field technical support to customers. /li liResponsible for the assigned Product Portfolio (phase is, phase out, price positioning, stock policy, legal control, and all master data activities). /li liManage the price positioning of the assigned Product Portfolio and define special price positioning/campaign for a specific project on customer/customer cluster/segment. /li liCollaborate with the Supply Chain for the definition of product stock policy. /li liResponsible for the Sales Release activities of new products (plan and propose the most appropriate policies and actions for the launch of a new product, identifying strategies for promotion, advertising, and cost control). /li liEnsure the preparation of fairs, promotional events, and products/company presentations. /li liSupport Customer Care in the offer/order technical and commercial uploading, and in case of non-standard requests, activate all Functions (local and HQ). /li liIf necessary, prepares the technical drawings of both the products and the accessories (both for the customer and for the fabrication units). /li /ul h3Education and experience /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aeronautical, and Engineering of plastic materials is preferred, or equivalent). /li liPrior experience of 2/3 years in the design of machines or product management activities is a plus. /li /ul h3Personal characteristics /h3 ul liStrong link to Habasit Core Values paired with resilience and results-orientation. /li liService orientation (strong internal external service orientation and hands-on mentality). /li liHigh flexibility and strong collaboration abilities. /li liFocus on high quality, proper prioritization and delivery on time. /li liExceptional communication and interpersonal skills. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
