Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aestheticsYour role at KIKO MILANOWe are looking for a Product Data Order Management Specialist to join KIKO MILANO’s Operations Team, reporting to the Purchasing Support Coordinator.Such talent will support all processes related to the purchasing and selling operation of KIKO’S materials.This includes managing the item master data, effectively using data, creating the Bill of Materials (BOM) for production, and handling purchase orders and any anomalies. The activity is performed in collaboration with other company functions involved in the process, within a dynamic and fast-paced team.In particular, you will:Manage the item master data for both finished products and materials intended for the point of sale, by entering and maintaining the data shared by the functions involved in the PLM tool;Manage and analyze data for the creation of the Bill of Materials (BOM) necessary for all stages of product manufacturing and manage them in the PLM tool;Monitor and manage master data and order information;Ensure the timely issuance of purchase orders for new launches and resolution of anomalies with proper priority management;Adopt an analytical approach;Ensure adequate organizational and problem-solving skills;Proactively and effectively interface with different teams involved in the product creation and Bill of Materials (BOM) process (Marketing, Sourcing, Logistics, Quality Control).What you will need to succeedDegree almost 3 years.Prior experience (at least 6/10 years) in a similar or analogous role.Having a good knowledge of production processes and Bill of Materials (BOM).Analytical ability to guide problem resolution.Good knowledge of the English language.Good knowledge of the Office suite.Good knowledge of the SAP system.Good knowledge of PLM systems, knowledge of the 'Centric' system is a plus.We would love if you hadStrong problem-solving skills detail-orientedHighly collaborative style willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teamsOpenness to a culture of continuous feedbackKIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione all’integrazione delle persone con disabilità all’interno dell’azienda.
