Are you ready to take your career to the next level and lead the development of cutting-edge technology in Entrance Control?

As the R&D leader in Entrance Control, you'll play a crucial role in defining and delivering our R&D strategy, developing platform-based products that leverage innovative new technology and materials. You'll work closely with the Product Development team to ensure our products are at the forefront of innovation.

In this leadership role, you'll lead a talented engineering team and create a culture of excellence through training and mentorship. You'll be responsible for the design and development of new products, developing a platform portfolio strategy, and leading the UK product development team while building a global organization.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone with large experience building cross-site multifunctional R&D teams, a strategic leader with a track record of translating market and industry trends into opportunities, and a highly collaborative individual with strong communication and influence skills.

Additionally, experience in platform development, project management, DFM, DFMEA, and legislative compliance is highly desirable. Bonus points for experience in SW/FW and mechatronic development, Solidworks, and design for manufacture in a flow line/lean manufacturing environment.
