Nuova Dutto SRL is a company operating in the mechanical and electric industrial field. We develop and follow the end-to-end project, starting from the feasibility phase till the commissioning and post-installation assistance.
We are organized into two departments: Electrical and Mechanical, with project and management offices in both divisions. Within the electrical department, a team dedicated to PLC/SCADA development has been created.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Manager at Nuova Dutto Srl in Borgo San Dalmazzo. The Production Manager will oversee the manufacturing process, ensure production meets quality and efficiency standards, manage resources and schedules, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Proven experience in production management or a related field
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management
Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make informed decisions
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field
Certifications in production and inventory management are a plus
