In Italy, we have over 700 employees across five production sites, including brands like FIP, REDI, ASTORE, ISEA, and LARETER, serving sectors such as building, infrastructure, industry, and agriculture.

We offer a fixed-term role as Production Planner, reporting to the Production Planning Coordinator at our Casella (GE) site. The role involves organizing production according to demand and quality standards, ensuring timely and profitable manufacturing, and maintaining smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate production workflow for multiple products
2. Plan and prioritize operations for performance and efficiency
3. Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed
4. Assign staff to production tasks
5. Schedule shifts based on production needs
6. Monitor progress to ensure timely and within-budget completion
7. Address issues promptly to minimize disruptions
8. Collect output data and quality metrics
9. Prepare performance reports
10. Maintain organized documentation
11. Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other departments
12. Optimize production procedures

Required Competencies

• Experience as a production planner is preferred
• Basic knowledge of production planning and quality control
• Experience with MRP II systems is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Strong math and statistical skills
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills
• High school diploma; further education or certifications are advantageous
